HOW DO I CONTACT WARMYNE REGARDING MY ITEM? 

  • whenever you need to contact us, please contact us via contact@warmyne.com it is important to provide us with your order number, tracking or any other key information that can help us locate your order and provide you the right assistance.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT ? 

  • once we receive your order, we will process it withing 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends) you will receive an email when your order has shipped with tracking number to keep track of your order

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER? 

  • We use UPS Ground UPS Surepost, USPS or FedEx to ship your orders, each shipping method will be based on the size and quantity of the items ordered

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME? 

  • we are working hard to make sure you receive your order As Soon As Possible. once your order is successfully ordered, our fulfillment center processes your order in 1-3 business days. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Please note delivery times vary depending on your location and the possible courier screening that the package goes through. Our standard delivery times 5-10 business days

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

  • please send your cancellation request to contact@warmyne.com on the same day that the order is placed we will cancel it for you freely. for more information please check our Returns & refund policy.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NEVER DELIVERED? 

  • Please contact us at contact@warmyne.com we will reach out to the carrier in your behalf and see of the carrier delivered your product to the right address

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?

  • please initiate a return request by emailing us at contact@warmyne.com Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Warmyne with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO BE DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT ONCE ITEM IS RETURNED? 

  • once you are approved to return the item back to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. once item is delivered to us, we will issue a refund for you to your original payment method

HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery, if the item has any quality issues, you can contact us to return the item back for a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item without any quality problems, you have to pay for the shipping cost to return it back for a refund. 

 IS THAT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ORDER REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM YOU?

  • No we don't sell parts individually.
